About The Position

We are seeking a visionary FP&A leader to serve as a chief architect of financial intelligence for our Marketing & Communications organization. This is a full time day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan, and the ability for 1 day remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Insights in a Marketing or in a customer-centric tech company, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related setting
  • Advanced knowledge in the end-to-end data science pipeline from data ingestion and cleaning to experimenting with modeling to investigate anomalies or downtrends, detect patterns, and project future trends
  • Experience in establishing the best practices for developing and managing documentation for system use, data ingestion, warehouse management, and providing analytics on a standard cadence
  • A proven track record of creating frameworks to show opportunities, risks and other success metrics related to business and developing multi-year roadmaps with key milestones
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions through excellent written and verbal communication skills with data driven storytelling showcased in presentation decks
  • Proficiency in writing complex and efficient queries including SQL for data extraction and DAX for data management in Power BI

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • Familiarity with academic medicine setting and NYC healthcare landscape
