Informa TechTarget is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Analyst to join our organization. In this key role, you’ll provide essential pre-sales support, collaborating with multiple departments to drive successful sales initiatives. Requirements

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • A flexible, team-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of TechTarget’s products and pricing by working closely with various pre-sales and post-sales departments.
  • Request campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to get program parameters in place to set forth client recommendations.
  • Price out products for proposal components in various formats:
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations
  • Format details into agency templates (Excel).
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts.
  • Oversee and distribute approved Insertion Orders, ensuring proper circulation to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to manage contract bookings, revenue allocation and invoicing needs.
  • Act as the primary support for our sales team, responding swiftly to needs and aiding in business achieved.
