Enable Vision Care Sales and Sales Operations teams across all Strategic Business Units (SBUs) by developing and delivering client-ready responses and resolutions to inquiries from all external audiences. Using analytical, critical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills, manage simple to complex issues with a focus on accuracy and business alignment. Research and analyze sales, client, broker, and prospect inquiries on all aspects of Vision Care's business and provide external-ready communications; ensure response/resolution is accurate and aligns with both Sales and Business needs/processes and procedures; collaborate with business partners to address and resolve inquiries as necessary Develop content for all Sales presentations, including introductory presentations, general information, finalist meetings, open enrollment, etc; manage all content to ensure accuracy of information; create client-specific presentations by interpreting sales objectives and client agenda, and ensuring content and messaging are aligned with objectives Evaluate sales process/procedures, recommend, implement, and manage solutions to improve the effectiveness of Sales and Sales Operations teams across all SBUs Recommend and manage or participate in the development of Sales tools based on trends and patterns of inquiries Manage ongoing programs and projects, including data analysis, developing communications, and education/coaching of Sales and Sales Operations Teams Participate in corporate task forces/projects/initiatives and represent Sales on key business decisions and ensuring alignment of sales strategies, and consider impacts to Sales and Sales Operations across all SBUs
