About The Position

Sales Supervisor – USA Full-time | Inside Sales | Location: Olathe, KS Drive Sales Growth & Lead a High-Performing Team Are you passionate about coaching and developing sales teams? As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead, train, and mentor our domestic Inside Sales Representatives to strengthen their skills and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the Manager of USA Sales to implement effective sales strategies and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading or managing a sales team and/or call center team.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proven ability to drive sales performance, develop talent, and improve processes.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% for team development and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and evaluate inside sales representatives, ensuring optimal team performance in parts and accessory sales.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations including schedules, payroll approvals, and time-off coordination to maximize team productivity.
  • Drive revenue growth by setting targets, providing sales coaching, and developing product and industry knowledge.
  • Ensure top-tier customer service by overseeing call coverage and handling escalated inquiries related to orders, shipments, and claims.
  • Review and monitor sales calls to offer constructive feedback and strengthen communication and closing skills.
  • Mentor team members for career growth opportunities within TVH or other departments.
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure policy compliance and support performance management.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build a strong, capable sales force.
  • Identify training needs and execute development programs focusing on sales strategies and aftermarket solutions.
  • Set and enforce performance standards for outbound call volume, response times, and customer engagement.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy team environment through regular one-on-ones, recognition, and continuous support.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and IT to improve ERP system functionality and streamline sales processes.
  • Develop contingency plans to maintain uninterrupted sales and customer service operations.
