About The Position

General Manager- Sales & Operations Phoenix, AZ Are you a strategic, people‑focused leader ready to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence? We’re looking for a General Manager (GM) to lead sales and order fulfillment across our branch locations. This role plays a critical part in shaping our performance, culture, and continued success. As GM, you will oversee all branch operations- including sales, installation, service, and operations teams- while leading leaders, developing talent, improving processes, and championing a high‑performance, customer‑centric culture. You’ll be responsible for full P&L ownership, strategic planning, and ensuring our branch delivers on market share growth, profitability, and exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do Lead execution of Pella’s key imperatives: market share growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Hire, coach, and develop leaders across Sales, Operations, Installation, and Service. Deliver sales and profitability targets across all customer segments. Analyze market trends and competitive insights to guide strategy and local marketing execution. Maintain deep knowledge of Pella products and processes to guide teams and support customers. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly business reviews with your management team. Ensure accuracy in revenue/cost analysis, discount strategy, and branch profitability. Resolve escalated customer or employee issues with professionalism and sound judgment. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Primary work will be in the assigned branch, with regular visits to the warehouse and occasional travel to trade shows or other locations.
