The GSM leads a proficient workforce in overall operations of the dealership to meet or exceed sales forecasts & objectives, gross & net profit goals & customer satisfaction objectives. Our ideal candidate has Automotive General Manager or high-volume General Sales Manager Experience. Employees in this position will be paid a base salary, plus commissions. Commission amounts vary based on performance, but the expected average annual earning in this position are $175,000 to $230,000. At Mossy Auto Group our employees are our most valuable asset.
