This role will be based in New York City, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale depending upon which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. Theâ¯Sales Strategy & Operations teamâ¯sitsâ¯at the core of LinkedInâ¯Talentâ¯Solutions,â¯partnering with a variety of cross-functional teams (sales, business operations, finance, marketing, product,â¯etc.)â¯to help crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the Talent Solutions business. In this role, you will partner with Mid-Market and Canada sales leadership to assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. This role will also be responsible for executing and scaling operational and planning processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. You will help sales management make data-driven decisions by providing reporting, analysis, and insights from LinkedIn's customer and sales data, in addition to helping run biweekly forecasting for your territories.â¯You will also be involved in annual planning activities including segmentation, headcount planning, territoryâ¯building,â¯and quota setting. We are looking for someone with strong quantitative, problem solving, communication, and project management skills.
