About The Position

Sales & Prospecting Support Research local and regional businesses to identify potential advertising opportunities. Assist in building prospect lists and maintaining CRM data. Support outbound prospecting initiatives including email outreach and follow-up communications. Track and organize sales activities, prospect interactions, and meeting outcomes. Strategy & Market Research Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target verticals. Assist in gathering insights that support campaign strategy and sales proposals. Analyze marketing data and audience insights to help inform recommendations. Sales Materials & Presentations Assist with development of sales collateral including proposals, one-sheets, pitch presentations, and market insights documents. Help tailor materials to specific client industries and business goals. Sales Team Collaboration Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Assist with coordination of sales initiatives and internal projects. Support account executives and strategists with administrative and organizational tasks. Learning & Professional Development Gain exposure to digital marketing channels such as search, social, programmatic, and streaming. Learn consultative sales frameworks and media strategy development. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and sales materials. Qualifications Qualifications

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about marketing, sales, or media strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Interest in digital marketing and media strategy.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with marketing, business research, or sales concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must maintain good academic standing while participating in the internship.
  • Participation in the internship does not guarantee future employment.
