The Sales Specialist role will involve consultations with scheduled leads via phone, In-Person, and Zoom. But don't worry, there's absolutely no cold calling involved. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in sales. Our potential clients are usually in situations that they never even imagined. Selling professional legal services at our top-tier law firm gives them peace of mind that they are getting attention, assistance, and professionalism, coupled with integrity. Applicants must be very comfortable on the phone and asking questions to prospective clients when they are not in their best place. We are problem solvers. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through scheduled consultations via phone, in-person, and Zoom, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Build trust and rapport with potential clients by actively listening and empathizing with their unique legal situations.
  • Guide clients through our legal services, clearly articulating the benefits and value of choosing our firm for their defense needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our services, enabling you to provide accurate and compelling information to clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Identify client needs and tailor your approach to effectively address their concerns, fostering a sense of security and confidence in our services.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and enhance the client acquisition process, contributing to the firm's growth and success.
