As a Sales Representative you’ll drive revenue by developing relationships with administrators, instructors, and students at technical schools and commercial accounts. You’ll deliver classroom demonstrations, manage on-site kiosks and merchandising, run local promotions and events, and close sales — all while representing the Matco Tools brand in person across your territory. Typical total compensation for this role is in the $85,000–$95,000+ range depending on experience and territory performance.
