The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Collison Customer Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Lead sales efforts across all 3M brands/products into the collision repair segment of the US Automotive Aftermarket Division Implement sales programs, plans and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisor Determine priorities, frequencies, and call patterns to be most effective and productive Support division and regional programs and initiatives Create business plans for end users and solutions to everyday problems. Track all activities in 3M CRM tool. Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
