The Market Sales Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining a strong portfolio of Economy Segment business within a defined market area. The Market Sales Specialist will partner with customers to foster their long-term success by ensuring that all elements of the business agreement are delivered and work to develop and close Sales Leads. The Market Sales Specialist works with a high sense of urgency and demonstrates ownership, commitment, and accountability to Regional and Axalta goals. Focus is on paint (all coatings), protective coatings, fillers, aerosol, putties, glazes and adjacencies to ensure revenue generation and target achievement within an annual budget per product segments. Please note: This is a fully remote role based in California and covers the Northern CA territory. It is expected that you reside within the assigned region and are legally eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship. Expected Compensation: We consider an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience to determine final salary. This role is eligible for benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. The expected compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually plus a sales incentive target of 30%. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
