About The Position

Sales Specialist The Sales Specialist participates in and supports commercial real estate sales management in the metro area by being the primary liaison with the area’s branch managers and regional vice president. The role is also the broker of record for the commercial legal entity for the company and fulfills the state requirement for the oversight of the commercial professionals and transaction review. This is a great opportunity to learn how to lead in the company while continuing to handle real estate transactions. In this dual role, you will continue to earn commissions while also being compensated for the role.

Requirements

  • Three or more years real estate sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate the company’s agent value proposition with clarity and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively present trainings to sales associates
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Must be proficient with technology tools and teaching agents on utilization of tools.
  • Strong focus on delivering a consistently high level of customer service
  • Must have a valid Broker’s license

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Phoenix area’s management leaders to support commercial real estate business development
  • Help to add value to the agent experience by supporting agent needs on an ad hoc basis.
  • Host regular sales meetings for the commercial professionals
  • Be knowledgeable of the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand resources and direct commercial agents to the appropriate subject matter experts, as necessary
