About The Position

Join Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, as a Brokerage Specialist supporting our dynamic brokerage team. This role will support one of the regions highest functioning Multifamily capital markets teams as well as several other leasing brokers with operational excellence to drive business development, client engagement, and transaction success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience
  • 3+ years of real estate experience preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative development and production skill
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Intermediate with Concep
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, able to set priorities and handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently
  • Experience and knowledge of Client Servicing
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • 3+ years of real estate experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Track opportunities and listings, and maintain accurate deal/pipeline records (including CRM updates) in accordance with guidelines.
  • Manage deal cycle activities from initiation to closeout, including coordinating due diligence workflows and final document assembly.
  • Coordinate, organize, and distribute transaction documents (e.g., confidentiality agreements, leases, contracts, listings, closing documents, NDAs) and compile information for periodic landlord/leasing activity reports.
  • Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy deal files (e.g., shared drives/SharePoint), including file naming, version control, and confidential document handling.
  • Review and analyze lease/sale documents.
  • Abstract leases and support pipeline reporting (e.g., drafts/RTDs) under the direction of the supervising C&W real estate professional.
  • Prepare monthly reports for clients including current status of deals, marketing efforts for available properties, companies currently targeting, etc.
  • Prepare deal sheets, track commissions, and liaise with finance teams to support invoicing accuracy.
  • Manage deal-related expenses: enter Workday expense reports, code expenses to the correct deals/cost centers, track against budgets, and support invoice processing.
  • Coordinate basic travel arrangements and bookings for brokerage teams.
  • Manage and organize meetings, dinners/reservations, client entertainment.
  • Support marketing initiatives in coordination with brokers, including: Design and format marketing collateral (property brochures, flyers, e-blasts, offering memorandums, tour books, invitations, and presentation boards).
  • Create and coordinate initial listing presentations and broker opinions of value (BOVs).
  • Draft and assemble proposals, RFP responses, and pitch/client presentation packages, including writing/editing text and preparing graphics, while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Maintain local web pages for property websites.
  • Create and edit marketing content and presentations using approved tools (e.g., PowerPoint and other internal design/email platforms, as applicable).
  • Partner with local brokers to set direction and execute marketing plans for specific listings.
  • Support client-facing marketing and due diligence deliverables for investment sales and leasing projects.
  • Coordinate with COE teams, as needed.
  • Support tour logistics by coordinating schedules and preparing tour materials.
  • Plan and support client and local C&W events.
  • Provide essential administrative support to brokers, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
  • All other duties as required.
