About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Sales Solution Architect for our Healthcare Segment. In this strategic role, you’ll design innovative, client-focused solutions for managed services such as food and environmental services. You’ll lead projects from concept to execution, delivering measurable outcomes and exceptional experiences. Reporting to the VP of Business Solutions, you’ll drive growth by developing tailored solutions for new and existing clients. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in facilities or support services and a proven track record in business development. Healthcare and operational experience are a plus. This is a Remote Role with approximately 50% travel. Candidates can reside in any state near a major airport.

Requirements

  • Experience developing service delivery models for clients, including knowledge of how to best leverage self-performance, subcontracting and technology solutions
  • Experience analyzing a variety of operating unit cost structures for management fee and profit and loss models
  • Experience in a client-facing role with proven business acumen. Ability to nurture relationships with current and prospective clients and ability to identify and solution for clients’ needs.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in different points in the project lifecycle, simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, motivational and collaborative skills with high ability to influence without authority across a team of diverse stakeholders (including business leadership, Technical Solution Developers, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations) who are not direct reports and are rarely co-located
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategy, position in the marketplace, and the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' services and products, and the ability to apply this understanding to new business opportunities
  • Strong presentation skills – the ability to be able to interact with both external and internal customers and effectively communicate thoughts and ideas
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Functional Experience - 7 years

  • Healthcare and operational experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions for new client opportunities as well as current client business growth, account retention and sector business activities
  • Project manage SME teams to create solutions; manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Support development of innovative tailored solutions to achieve customers’ key drivers, a full understanding of the competitor landscape for each opportunity as well as developing winning solution and competitive pricing to ensure margin and risk requirements are met
  • Research into industry trends and movements, helping to provide competitive advantage for the business
  • Work closely with transition and operational leaders to provide contextual guidance for the successful mobilization of all new business using systems and processes, following closely the details of the contract, the scope of work, risk/reward KPI’s, client satisfaction, and the financial drivers
