Requirements

• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and one weekend/month

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a scheduling, dispatch, or customer service role is preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales and service leads
• Responsible for high volume inbound and outbound calls
• Schedules calls through MyLeads
• Administrative support to the sales and service departments
• Assist in completing job packets and collections
• Perform other duties as assigned
