Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience using an ERP
  • CRM dispatching experience
  • HVAC experience/knowledge
  • Comfort working in ERP, CRM, and/or field service systems
  • Ability to follow defined processes while adapting to daily changes
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service mindset

  • Our ideal Service Resource Scheduler has a bachelor's degree, but it's not required.

Responsibilities

  • Service Coordination - you'll schedule HVAC service appointments and follow our guidelines to strategically dispatch technicians to jobs. You'll update schedules to match changing priorities and availability and escalate issues to the manager as needed.
  • Work Order Support - you'll help start projects off on the right foot by reviewing incoming orders before scheduling, making sure all information is accurate and complete, and coordinating the necessary materials and documents before dispatch. Attentive to detail, you'll monitor orders in our ERP/FSM systems and track returns as directed.
  • Technician Support - you'll stay in contact with techs throughout the day, providing them with job details and updates to keep the workday smooth and efficient.
  • Customer Communication - always polite and professional, you'll speak with customers about service appointments, inform them of any scheduling changes, answer questions, address concerns, and relay feedback to the manager.
  • Administrative Support - you'll complete accurate data entry, help track service metrics, assist with audits, and notify managers about recurring scheduling or data issues.
