About The Position

J. J. Keller is hiring a Sales SAP Business Analyst who will work to support our Sales function, which is a critical part of our workforce and comprised of over 500 associates. In this role, you will be an advocate for Sales and partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze, implement and continuously improve both sales process automation and business operations through the effective utilization of technology. As a Business Analyst embedded in the business unit, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the core business objectives, help to evaluate processes, and recommend/implement solutions that support and enhance productivity. J. J. Keller has a strong technology platform in place, utilizing On-premise and Cloud solutions in SAP . This position's focus will primarily be on the SAP Customer Experience Solution. We continue to invest in technology and also have a strong corporate-wide Business Process Improvement program, including a specific focus on automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience working with software applications related to sales and sales process automation and an understanding of sales processes.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst with:
  • SAP and Sales Automation Software such as: ECC, C4C, SalesForce, or other Enterprise CRM Software required.
  • Prior experience gathering requirements, translating to technical resources for development and writing test scripts.
  • Project leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field
  • In lieu of the bachelor's degree, will consider equivalent years of directly related experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • System implementation and configuration experience a plus.
  • Experience with report writing/query tools such as SQL, Crystal, Business Objects a plus.
  • Lean, CBAP or PMP certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identifies, analyzes and facilitates the implementation of new and enhanced technology to support area of responsibility:
  • Work with business unit to define business needs, project requirements, system specifications, and deliverables.
  • Coordinates activities and maintains on-going communication with management, technology team, end users, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinates decisions based on business requirements, system functionality, and best business practices.
  • Participates in system configuration, data conversion, and testing processes.
  • Troubleshoots system errors and performance problems so that business needs are met on a timely basis.
  • Provides 2nd level support for help desk calls.
  • Analyzes trends and develops recommendations to resolve recurring issues.
  • Prepares and updates documentation to include functional specifications, testing procedures, end user documentation, technical standard operating procedures (SOP), etc.
  • May create and maintain reports and analytics to support the business unit.
  • May prepare and conduct end-user training.
  • Facilitates timely and thorough system testing for new system implementations and system updates/upgrades.
  • Determines appropriate system security profiles in accordance with data security policies and practices.
  • Audits security access on a regular basis and resolves issues.
  • Actively participates in business process improvement activities to include leading and participating in process improvement events (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Leads project management and change management activities for medium to large scope projects, either independently or in partnership with other project leaders.
  • Provides coaching, mentoring and training to other Business Analysts.
