Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through proactive follow-up and genuine connection. Use our advanced CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions. Stay sharp—attend training sessions and stay ahead of the curve on new models and features. Requirements

  • Proven Automotive Sales Expertise A successful track record in automotive sales; luxury experience preferred.
  • A Relentless Drive for Achievement History of exceeding sales goals, maximizing gross, and building lasting client relationships.
  • White‑Glove Client Experience Ability Adept at delivering elevated, personalized service to discerning buyers.

  • Passion for Performance & Technology A genuine appreciation for Mercedes-Benz performance engineering and innovation.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
