The Sales Representative will be responsible for representing the company with honesty and professionalism, maintaining a sales call schedule and calendar, and keeping the CRM up to date. This role requires a thorough awareness of Cenvar’s scope of work, including product education, services, and policies, to effectively present information to potential customers using supplied materials and tools. The representative must maintain a professional appearance, conduct customer follow-ups, attend weekly sales meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best possible experience. A key aspect of the role is developing customer relationships and offering unrivaled customer service to build new business, increase branch profitability, and enhance brand loyalty and recognition. Qualifications include at least two years of sales experience, preferably in construction, farming, or service-based industries. The candidate must be physically capable of accessing roofs and attics for estimates while adhering to safety procedures, be trainable on company software, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be prompt. The ability to make cost estimates is essential, along with an acceptable driving record insurable under company policy and a background check free of felony convictions. A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
