About The Position

We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative who thrives in the field, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and is motivated to drive growth. If you’re solution-oriented and passionate about helping contractors and manufacturers succeed, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or business development experience (construction or industrial supply preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
  • Established industry network or strong ability to build one
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach
  • Manage and grow customer accounts while proactively resolving issues
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure exceptional customer follow-through
  • Present tailored, solution-driven proposals aligned with customer needs
  • Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments
  • Spend significant time in the field strengthening customer relationships
