About The Position

Berry Law is looking for a Sales Representative who thrives in a competitive, mission-driven environment and is passionate about helping prospective clients take the next step toward protecting their freedom, family, and future. The Sales Representative converts prospective clients into Berry Law clients by delivering a white-glove intake and consultation experience, building trust quickly, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role ensures potential clients feel heard, respected, and confident that Berry Law will fight for them.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales or other competitive environments

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets while consistently converting qualified leads into retained clients.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up to maximize every conversion opportunity.
  • Deliver a white-glove intake experience that reflects Berry Law’s mission of serving warriors and champions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and sales activity to ensure a strong and reliable sales pipeline.
  • Execute Berry Law’s proven sales process while continuously improving through coaching and training.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, competitive team environment aligned with Berry Law’s mission and values.
