About The Position

As a Sales Representative for the YouTube Authority Engine (YAE), your role is to conduct 30 minute Fit Calls with qualified applicants and determine whether they are a strong fit for this 100% done for you service. These calls are not traditional high ticket closing calls. Instead, your responsibility is to diagnose the prospect’s situation, confirm alignment with the offer, and guide qualified applicants into the 10-day trial experience. Most applicants are established health professionals or practice owners already earning high 6- and 7-figures who are looking to build authority and attract clients through YouTube. Your job is to ensure the right people move forward and that they are properly prepared for the real commitment required to succeed inside of YAE. When done well, this results in applicants who enter the trial clear, committed, and ready to continue into the full 12-week service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, client advisory, or enrollment roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly in a short conversation.
  • Strong listening ability and the skill to diagnose a prospect’s real needs.
  • Comfort guiding prospects through decisions while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
  • Coachability and willingness to follow proven frameworks and scripts.
  • Ability to remain composed when receiving objections or rejection.
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
  • Interest in digital marketing, natural health, and online authority building.
  • Full time availability and commitment to consistent call availability.
  • On target earnings of approximately $10,000 USD per month for high performers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 30 minute YouTube Authority Engine Fit Calls with qualified applicants via Zoom.
  • Follow the Fit Call framework and script to properly diagnose the prospect’s business, goals, and readiness for the program.
  • Clearly communicate the purpose of the 10 day trial and set expectations around the work required to succeed.
  • Guide qualified applicants to enroll into the trial and ensure they understand the next steps in the onboarding process. This includes collecting payment for a deposit and getting them scheduled for their onboarding call.
  • Ensure new trial participants are properly onboarded and connected to the team so their experience begins smoothly.
  • Study the YouTube Authority Engine offer so you can clearly explain the process, structure, and expected outcomes.
  • Track all conversations, trial enrollments, and follow up activity inside the CRM (Ontraport)
  • Conduct appropriate follow up with qualified prospects who have not yet made a decision.
  • Track daily performance metrics and update the team tracking sheet.
  • Submit End of Day reports summarizing activity, outcomes, and key insights.
  • Review sales calls regularly to improve communication and performance.
  • Attend monthly sales team meetings and weekly sales huddles.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Healthpreneur brand, values, and ideal client profile.
