Requirements

• 2+ years of franchise dealership automotive sales experience
• A history of stability and consistent performance (not a job hopper)
• Great at building rapport, following up, and maintaining loyal relationships
• Confident, polished communicator who enjoys educating buyers
• Motivated by quality, not pressure
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
