As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the vehicle-buying process from first conversation to final delivery. Your focus will be on building trust, understanding customer needs, and creating an experience that leads to long-term relationships, not just one-time transactions.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required for candidates with strong customer-facing sales experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional presence with the ability to connect naturally with a wide range of customers.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing follow-up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of computers and dealership systems or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Driven to meet goals while maintaining a high level of customer care.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and build strong rapport through a professional, customer-first approach.
  • Help customers identify the right vehicle based on their lifestyle, needs, and budget.
  • Present vehicle features, trim levels, technology, protection products, financing options, and dealership services clearly and confidently.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective, current, and previous customers to maintain strong relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Manage customer activity and sales opportunities through the dealership CRM and other store systems.
  • Stay current on Honda products, model updates, incentives, and dealership offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to support store goals and deliver an excellent ownership experience.
