About The Position

We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next Hearing Aid Specialist. We hire individuals from a variety of backgrounds and industries and help them grow from Sales Trainee to Hearing Aid Specialist through a comprehensive paid training program. No hearing healthcare experience is required. As a Sales Trainee, you will learn how to: Deliver exceptional patient experiences Conduct consultative hearing evaluations Educate patients and their families about hearing healthcare Recommend customized hearing aid solutions Drive responsible revenue growth

Requirements

  • Obtain license through training program within 12 months of hire
  • 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare, retail, or consultative sales)
  • Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics
  • Professional, growth-oriented mindset

  • Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, trust-based environment
  • Conduct hearing evaluations under supervision (training provided)
  • Educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions
  • Recommend appropriate hearing aids and accessories
  • Provide long-term after-care services
  • Meet and exceed individual performance goals
  • Track KPIs including conversion, revenue, and follow-up compliance
  • Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts
  • Maintain a full schedule through proactive engagement
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
  • Accept coaching and implement feedback quickly
  • Demonstrate ownership of personal results
