Requirements

• Experienced in roofing, siding, windows, or in-home sales - OR strong closer in car sales, retail sales, or commission roles
• Comfortable working evenings + Saturdays (when homeowners are available)
• Valid driver's license
• Not afraid of heights (roof inspections required)
• Highly competitive and money-motivated

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set in-home appointments with homeowners
• Inspect roofs, siding, and exterior projects
• Build trust and close high-value deals
• Self-generate additional opportunities (neighborhood, referrals, canvassing)
• Manage your pipeline and follow up to close
