Requirements

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Comfortable in a high-activity, outbound sales environment
• Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by performance
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
• Organized with strong follow-up habits
• Sales, cold calling, or telemarketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to businesses across target markets
• Identify decision-makers and introduce 360clean services
• Overcome objections and position value effectively
• Schedule qualified walkthrough appointments for franchise owners
• Follow up consistently through calls and email
• Track activity, notes, and pipeline in CRM
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
