About The Position

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for presenting our timeshare offerings to potential customers, guiding them through the buying process, and ultimately closing sales.

Requirements

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must hold applicable timeshare license.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with with customers.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Nice To Haves

Proven experience in timeshare sales with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and closing techniques highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
Qualify leads and identify prospective buyers by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including sales activity and follow-up details.
Negotiate contracts with prospective customers
Answer questions regarding credit term, services, and prices while maintaining customer records.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
Other duties as assigned.
