About The Position

Dave’s Sheet Metal (DSM) has provided sheet metal roofing systems and related services for over three decades, specializing in manufacturing and distributing roof edge metal solutions to leading roofing and construction distributors in the United States. DSM is based in Dracut, MA. We maintain a comprehensive base of modern ship equipment that enables us to produce high-quality products, turn around orders quickly, and efficiently fabricate custom products for customer’s needs. Dave’s Sheet Metal is seeking an experienced, highly motivated salesperson to open/expand our current distributor network and add new distributors in the [Philadelphia, NJ, NY market].

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a Building Materials sales role.
Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on sales
Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM software
Ability to negotiate and close sales deals

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through outside sales efforts.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the assigned territory
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Provide technical expertise and support to customers
Manage and grow key accounts through effective account management strategies
Utilize proven sales techniques to promote products and services
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
