About The Position

The Sales Representative will collaborate with Sales Managers to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, staying current on product offerings, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure sales are meeting targets.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree required in relevant field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience required.
  • Ability to self-start, think critically and engage with customers enthusiastically.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated professional demeaner and the ability to maintain confidential customer information.
  • Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to work independently and problem solve.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a busy, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Managers of the Hosh Ingredients Division with daily sales activities.
  • Learn and excel at all aspects and procedures associated with the sales cycle of the Ingredient Division.
  • Perform daily tasks, such as organizing shipments, liaising with suppliers and customers, sending and receiving samples and keeping track of customer accounts.
  • Establish positive working relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Obtain knowledge and stay current with product offerings.
  • Deliver excellent customer service that ensure ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow and contribute to department’s sales goals.
  • Actively drive sales and suggest initiatives to improve sales.
