Xylem is hiring a Sales Representative-Northeast Territory The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving profitable growth through service account management and water treatment solution sales across the Northeast Heavy Industry market. This role manages an established customer base while identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within key industrial segments including power plants, HPI/CPI, pulp and paper, mining, food manufacturing, and primary metals. The successful candidate will develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share. This position requires a strong blend of technical sales capability, account management discipline, and market development expertise. The Field Sales Representative must be comfortable working independently in the field, engaging key decision-makers, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions.
