Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience (B2B or staffing industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
  • Organized and comfortable using CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
  • English and Spanish (Preferred)
  • Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Build and maintain relationships with plant managers, HR teams, and decision-makers
  • Identify client staffing needs and present tailored workforce solutions
  • Schedule and attend client meetings (including on-site visits)
  • Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful placements
