As a field-based, frontline salesperson, the Route Sales Representative is the primary point of contact for their assigned accounts. They are the customer-facing, human face of the company for their customers as they seek to provide excellent service and solutions to grow high performing beverage programs. The RSR works daily to grow revenue, distribution, and total brand health in their markets in a way that is profitable and efficient. Successful reps are highly organized, accountable, competitive to a fault, and prolific communicators who love the variety of days spent at retail.
