Responsibilities

  • Directly work with distributor reps to build volume and revenue in immediate consumption accounts throughout the region.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure high level of in-outlet execution.
  • Manage pricing to ensure that region guidelines are being followed.
  • Communicate and follow up on programs and procedures designed to meet sales goals.
  • Customer management to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize sales reporting software and MS Office software to update team and identify opportunities, trends, and performance.
  • Gain knowledge of competitor positions in order to help define and/or adapt strategies.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; attending trade shows.
