About The Position

Our client is an esteemed retailer in the recreational vehicle industry, specializing in Class B and Class C vans, travel trailers, and fifth wheels. With a strong reputation for quality and customization, they assist customers in creating their dream adventure vehicles. They are currently seeking Sales Representatives to join their dynamic teams across various locations. This role is integral to providing excellent customer service, guiding customers through the options available, and assisting them in making their travel dreams a reality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales or customer service
  • Motivation and eagerness to learn and close deals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Availability to work weekends and customer-facing hours
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in RVs, travel, camping, or adventure lifestyle preferable
  • Competitive and team-oriented attitude
  • Confidence in explaining products and customization options
  • Experience in car sales or other related sales fields is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries both online and in-person (no cold calling or territory sales)
  • Guide customers through various RV options, customizations, and offerings from manufacturers
  • Upsell accessories, upgrades, warranties, and insurance options
  • Collaborate with finance and insurance teams to finalize comprehensive deals
  • Stay updated on manufacturer promotions, incentives, and product features
  • Provide top-notch customer service for an exciting buying experience
