We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Sales Representative to join our growing team in a remote/hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. In this role, you'll build strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and clients—helping ensure that individuals receive the incontinence products and personal care items they need, discreetly and conveniently delivered to their homes. Your work not only drives business growth but makes a meaningful difference in the quality of life for those who rely on us. Position Summary The Sales Representative drives growth of ActivStyle's premium product lines through a hybrid inside/outside sales model. This role combines remote/office-based outreach with in-person visits to Assisted Living facilities and Group Homes to build strong, consultative relationships with administrators, clinicians, caretakers, and patients. You'll promote Medicaid-reimbursed products, identify new business opportunities, support existing accounts, and deliver product education and technical support. Success requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to manage both virtual and field-based interactions. This position plays a key role in expanding ActivStyle's presence in the home medical supplies market while ensuring customers receive high-quality service and product expertise.
