Requirements

  • Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Active Michigan Property & Casualty License (required).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Michigan Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance plans.
  • Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly production goals and performance metrics.
  • Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates.
