Requirements

  • Prior sales experience or a proven record of meeting goals is required
  • 1+ year sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfort with outbound calls and closing deals
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Well-organized and effective at time management
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (a plus, or willing to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (a plus, or willing to obtain)
  • Bilingual skills are a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects and convert leads into policies
  • Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
  • Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support
  • Exceed sales goals and support agency growth
  • Stay current on products and compliance
  • Use CRM tools for tracking and renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and sales planning
