Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older required

- This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle options
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Stay up to date on Subaru models, features, and promotions
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
