About The Position

Palziv North America is seeking an experienced Sales Representative based in Texas to grow and support our business across Texas and surrounding states. This role is responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by promoting Palziv’s innovative foam products across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven sales professional who thrives in outside sales, understands technical products, and enjoys building long-term partnerships. The Sales Representative will act as the face of Palziv North America within the assigned territory, covering Texas and neighboring markets. This individual will develop and maintain customer relationships, execute strategic sales plans, and deliver exceptional service while representing a trusted global manufacturer of high-performance foam solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience
  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within foam, manufacturing, industrial, or materials industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Technical aptitude to understand and communicate product specifications and applications
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and prepare reports
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Texas and neighboring states
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities throughout Texas and surrounding states
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and leads
  • Establish, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, present solutions, and ensure satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing product knowledge and technical expertise
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for product and service improvements
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (customer service, production, logistics, and product development) to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including sales activity, customer interactions, and market insights
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to broader sales strategy development
