Pettus CDJR De Soto is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, competitive Automotive Sales Consultant who wants to earn, grow, and win. This is not an order-taker position. This is a professional sales role with real opportunity. What You’ll Do Help customers select the right Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicle Handle internet leads, walk-ins, and phone inquiries Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives Follow up consistently with prospects Work closely with finance and management to close deals Maintain CRM activity and proper documentation Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business What We’re Looking For Competitive mindset Strong communication skills Self-motivated and coachable Organized and able to follow a process Valid driver’s license Sales experience preferred, automotive experience a plus (but not required) If you can connect with people, follow a system, and stay consistent — you can succeed here.
