Job Description Overview: We are looking for a Sales Representative who will serve as a trusted Resident Expert in one of our Southern California communities, either Bloom (Ontario, CA) or Altair (Temecula, CA) . In this role, you will represent Brookfield Residential by welcoming prospective homebuyers, communicating our thoughtfully designed homes, and supporting the daily operations of our sales centers. You will contribute directly to achieving sales, closing, customer experience, and revenue goals. This includes building strong, trust‑based relationships with customers and demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of our communities and product offerings. This position requires the ability to regularly commute and be based out of the areas where we operate, ensuring consistent coverage, collaboration, and an elevated customer experience across locations.
