About The Position
Sales Representative OrthoRPM OrthoRPM offers a new software-based RPM model that enables physicians to generate significant additional revenue per patient by leveraging new CPT codes for data transmission. The company is in a rapid growth phase, aiming for a quick exit strategy, offering equity to key hires. Software-based Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solution for orthopedic practices, providing digital protocols for surgeries. The platform allows physicians to monitor patients digitally and generate additional revenue ($250-$500 per patient) without requiring a physical device. Why You Should Join Us This is a Sales Representative role in the Central to East Coast area . The position is open due to the launch of a new software product, requiring a sales representative to establish and grow this new revenue stream. This is a new role, as the company is just beginning to generate revenue with its new software model. What You’ll Do As a Sales Representative , you will:
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in upper extremity sales, preferably with hand experience.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hunter mentality, and ability to thrive in ambiguity, with a focus on building the company for a quick exit (within 1.5 years).
- Strong existing relationships with surgeons and distributors.
Nice To Haves
- Upper extremity neuro experience, or experience with stroke patients.
- 70-80% surgical sales, 20-30% rehab sales experience.
- Located in the East or South regions of the US.
