POSITION PURPOSE: The Field Sales Representative champions alignment between Old World Industries, our distributor partners, and internal sales and marketing teams. This role is responsible for strengthening distributor relationships and driving execution within an assigned territory through product training, sales support, and market engagement. The Field Sales Representative delivers impactful training, supports sales, attends trade shows, and promotes OWI products in the field. This position develops deep expertise in how OWI products are sold through wholesale distribution and retail channels, while identifying market trends, growth opportunities, and creative ways to engage distributor sales teams.
