About The Position

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for creating and managing customer relationships to generate revenue and profit growth by delivering Concept Logistics’ solutions to our customers. You will be responsible for cold calling and building a pipeline of potential customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience is required, preferably in the supply chain/logistics industry.
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and motivate others.
  • Ability to calmly navigate challenging situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Cold-call potential customers to build your pipeline and increase Concept Logistics’ customer base.
  • Build partnerships with prospective customers to showcase Concept Logistics’ supply chain value.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales activity and pipeline development goals.
  • Support the transition of qualified prospects through the onboarding or handoff process.
  • Utilize the CRM to ensure all teams and resources have all the necessary customer information.
  • Generate revenue and profit growth.
  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the company brand.
  • Other duties as necessary or assigned.
