WEL Companies is expanding our Refrigerated LTL, Warehousing, and Logistics division, and we’re looking for drive Sales Representatives to help us grow. If you thrive on building relationships, hunting new business, and closing deals, this role gives you the autonomy, support, and upside to excel. What You’ll Do Lead generation and prospecting. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales tools. Qualify inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce transportation solutions. Client Relationship Management Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with services provided. Sales Quoting & Negotiation Develop and deliver accurate pricing quotes based on customer requirements. Negotiate terms and pricing, ensuring that deals are closed efficiently while maintaining profitability. Understand commitment levels, work between logistics and asset to ensure every load is accepted. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that shipments are scheduled and managed effectively. Telephone and computer negotiations.
