Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • Motivated and goal driven
  • Clear communication and confidence working over the phone
  • High aptitude and coachability, to learn systems and solutions quickly
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities
  • Independently prospect, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls and provide solution overviews and/or demos
  • Close new business to meet and exceed individual monthly sales quotas
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline in CRM
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the entire sales process
  • Represent a broad portfolio of SaaS tools, training, and compliance services
