About The Position

We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms. We are looking for individuals eager to expand our outbound sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our mortgage and refinance solutions, and seamlessly coordinating with our licensed loan officers for the next steps. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is driven by meeting performance metrics, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity as this role is designed as a launchpad for individuals aspiring to become a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. Requirements

  • Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of outbound sales, call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience
  • Comfortable speaking with a high volume of prospects daily
  • Goal oriented with a proven ability to meet performance metrics
  • Ability to manage a lead pipeline and update records consistently

Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with prospective clients from a list of leads
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to meet conversion targets
  • Utilize CRM tools to track status, call notes, and follow-ups
  • Work closely with Loan Officers, Marketing, and Sales Manager on transfers
