Job Summary: The Outside Sales Executive role at Global Payments focuses on selling the Genius® POS and payment technology platform to small and mid-sized merchants to modernize their operations by implementing the Genius® POS and payment technology platform. Your role is to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing while receiving sales leadership support. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $152K+Residual income + monthly and quarterly bonuses Full medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k benefits (Annual Base Pay Salary 40K) Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build. Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly incentives for surpassing quota and achieving stretch goals. Your total compensation depends on your performance, skills, and territory—your success is in your hands. Why this Role Matters: “As an Outside Sales Executive, you’d be the face of Global Payments in your territory—helping business owners adopt modern POS and payments through the Genius® platform. You fully own the sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing, while getting coaching and support from an experienced District Manager.”

Requirements

  • Must reside in a 50 mile radius of the job posting. (Portland, OR)
  • Must live in US
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated, competitive, and comfortable spending 75%+ time in the field.

  • Drive local business growth.

  • Build pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and networking.
  • Track pipeline activity in Atlas and Salesforce.
  • Consult with business owners to improve operations, increase customer loyalty, and streamline payments using Genius®.
